Congratulations on becoming a P.E.A.C.E. Champion! It takes courage and faith to accept this challenge and we believe it will be a wonderful growing experience for you. Do not worry because we are going to walk you through this process from beginning to end. As you look at the P.E.A.C.E. Pathway you will notice four more steps. These are: Step Three: Design a P.E.A.C.E. Project Each step will require action on the part of your Small Group. It is the role of the P.E.A.C.E. Champion to help the group take these action steps successfully. There are two very important tools we have developed for you to be successful. Tool #1: P.E.A.C.E. Coaches: The first tool at your disposal is what we call a P.E.A.C.E. Coach. Every Small Group has been assigned a P.E.A.C.E. Coach to ensure you and your group have all the support you need. Your P.E.A.C.E. Coach is there for the sole purposes of answering your questions, giving you encouragement, and helping you overcome any challenges you may face as a P.E.A.C.E. Champion. If you are unsure of whom your P.E.A.C.E. Coach is, please connect with your Small Group Leader or Shepherd Coach for your P.E.A.C.E. Coach’s contact information. Tool #2: The P.E.A.C.E. Champion Tool Box: As you navigate through each step, we have included a section entitled the “P.E.A.C.E. Champion Tool Box.” This section has been added specifically with you in mind and includes action steps for you, goals that you want to make sure to accomplish within each step, and documents you can download for various purposes.
