Once your Small Group has identified a P.E.A.C.E. Champion, you are ready to design a P.E.A.C.E. Project.  A P.E.A.C.E. Project can be defined as an activity designed to empower people to rise above the five global giants that hinder them from living the life God intended.  This project can last two hours or span over the course of several days.   

God desires to utilize your Small Group to do something great.  However, He doesn’t usually reveal His great plan as we sit on the sidelines.  Our hearts should be willing to move forward with the expectation that He will guide our paths as we are obedient to the Great Commandment and the Great Commission the best we know how.  Do not be anxious if this is your Small Group’s first P.E.A.C.E. Project.  We are going to walk you through every step of the way. 

Host a Design Party!

Your Small Group’s very first step in designing a P.E.A.C.E. Project is to hold a Design Party!  We have developed an agenda for your Design Party which has been made accessible to your P.E.A.C.E. Champion.  Your Small Group’s Design Party will help you discover the following:

• How God has uniquely designed your Small Group

• Who God has uniquely designed your Small Group to reach

• What kind of P.E.A.C.E. Project to design in light of these discoveries
  
  

This is going to be an exciting time together as your group gathers to dream big dreams for God!   

To successfully complete the Design a P.E.A.C.E. Project step, please follow the action items you see in the right margin of this page.  They will guide you through the process to make sure you are prepared for your Design Party and on your way towards organizing a powerful P.E.A.C.E. Project.  Your P.E.A.C.E. Champion will be following up with each member of your Small Group to set a date for your Design Party as well as other details.
