Embrace The Cause Appoint a P.E.A.C.E. Champion Design a P.E.A.C.E. Project Prepare for PEACE Launch a PEACE Project Embrace The Cause Appoint a P.E.A.C.E. Champion Design a P.E.A.C.E. Project

Because every Small Group is at different levels of development, how you go about choosing a P.E.A.C.E. Champion could be unique from group to group.  Consider these steps as you work to identify your P.E.A.C.E. Champion:

  1. Have every member of your Small Group read the description of a P.E.A.C.E. Champion

  2. Through email or during one of your group meetings have a discussion to identify the best candidate

  3. Remember, for now this doesn’t have to be a long term commitment.  You are looking for someone to take responsibility for leading your Small Group through the process of doing a P.E.A.C.E. Project.

Remember, as you work to identify your P.E.A.C.E. Champion, the P.E.A.C.E. Plan is a Purpose Driven plan.  This means that for your group to be effective at P.E.A.C.E. it is essential some where along the way that your group identifies champions for all five of the purposes.  This allows your group to be a biblical and healthy small group with a solid foundation for P.E.A.C.E.  Take some time and review the descriptions of the other purpose champions to see if there is anyone in your group willing to take advantage of these opportunities.  Begin the process to ensure each of these champions have been identified in your group:

Membership Champion
Maturity Champion
Ministry Champion
Missions Champion
Magnification Champion
