MAGNIFICATION MINISTRY

The purpose of this ministry is to express love to God by enhancing the live worship experience via audio, video, lighting, presentations (computer graphics), and Post Production.


Magnification Assistant Team Coordinator
Primary Role: Responsible for providing follow up to individuals who are interested in being a part of the Production Team, as well as coordinating team meetings. 

Time Commitment: 3 – 5 hrs/wk.

C.L.A.S.S. Requirement: 301

Praise & Worship Team Member
Primary Role: Responsible for expressing love to God via singing and dancing.  *Auditions required.

Time Commitment: 4 – 6 hrs/wk

C.L.A.S.S. Requirement: 301

Choir Team Member
Primary Role: Responsible for expressing love to God via singing.  *Auditions required.

Time Commitment: 4 – 6 hrs/wk

Dance Team Member
Primary Role: Responsible for expressing love to God via liturgical dance.  *Auditions required.

Time Commitment: 4 – 6 hrs/wk

Praise Band Team Administrator
Primary Role: Responsible for providing follow up to individuals who are interested in becoming a part of the Praise Band.  This person will also screen individuals for eligibility and arrange auditions if applicable.

Time Commitment: 5 – 7 hrs/wk

Praise Band Assistant
Primary Role: Responsible for assisting the Praise Band Team Lead in administrative and organizational matters. *Auditions required.

Time Commitment: 3 – 5 hrs/wk

Praise Band Scheduler
Primary Role: Responsible for maintaining and managing the Sunday and Wednesday schedule for the Praise Band volunteers. This person will also find replacements when necessary.

Time Commitment: 2 – 4 hrs/wk

Praise Band Team Member
Primary Role: Responsible for expressing love to God via instrumental music. 

Time Commitment: 4 – 6 hrs/wk

C.L.A.S.S. Requirement: 301

Music Librarian
Primary Role: Responsible for acquiring weekly line-ups, posting music to the ftp site, organizing/scanning/filing written music, and distributing music to musicians. 

Time Commitment: 2 – 4 hrs/wk

DRAMA Team Member
Primary Role: Responsible for expressing love to God via spoken word/drama.  *Auditions required.

Time Commitment: 4 – 6 hrs/wk
