purpose is educating, equipping, and inspiring youth for leadership through academic
excellence, life skills development, economic empowerment and social awareness.
We do this by providing a supportive and nurturing learning environment that
stimulates their thoughts, enhances their skills and abilities, and helps them
fulfill their God-given potential.
Our Mission
E3 is designed to REACH out to students, ENCOURAGE them to learn,
teach them to APPLY tools for success & leadership, and help
them DISCOVER their strengths & minimize their weaknesses,
so they can HONOR God with their lives.
Our Strategy
To creatively and passionately teach practical skills to
middle and high school students using character-based principles
that will lead to healthy, balanced, successful lifestyles.
We aim to partner with parents, students and teachers to
insure that our students are equipped to be their best.
Our Programs
Our programs include exciting topics and educational experiences
that will serve to challenge as well as enrich the students.
They include:
Academic Impact (AI)
• Conquering the SAT
This program is an inspiring educational experience that will challenge as
well as enrich the students. The course includes ten consecutive weeks of instruction
including test- taking strategies and study skills.
• Tutoring
The goal of this program is to help students by assisting them
with any academic challenges they may have in school. The students
are placed with a study guide (tutor) one-on-one to help them
improve their academic performance.
“E-Quest” (Educational
Newsletter) *Coming soon! This is a quarterly educational
resource newsletter targeted at parents and students.
C.E.O. (Christ’s Executive Officers) is our leadership program which equips our students today to be the leaders
of tomorrow. The students champion fundraising campaigns, new ministry
opportunities, and help make decisions on the overall programming of
their high school ministry.
S.K.Y.L.A.B. (Socially Knowledgeable Youth Leading
Accomplished Businesses)
This program
is designed to help youth acquire skills in the areas of financial management,
entrepreneurship, and leadership while increasing their awareness of social
issues so that they can have a positive impact on society through business
and non-profit ventures.
Altar E.G.O. (Educational Growth
Opportunities)
This program is designed to teach students servant leadership principles through
ministry and experiential learning opportunities.
Dream Builders (Career Development & College
Prep)
College Prep –A collection
of interactive sessions designed to prepare high school students
for a successful collegiate experience. Some of the areas discussed
include college admissions, application process, college survival
and success tips, time management, and budgeting.
Career Mentoring –Provides an opportunity
for students to develop a Christ centered approach to determining, pursuing
and obtaining their career objectives.
High School Prep(Coming Soon) –A collection
of interactive sessions designed to prepare middle school students for
a successful high school experience. Some of the areas discussed will be
time management, study skills, developing healthy relationships and dealing
with peer pressure.
